Larry Goldenthal

Larry Goldenthal is the current COO and General Counsel at Athelytix. Larry has held this position for 6 years and 7 months. Prior to that, they were with Athelytix Inc. for 15 years and 7 months, first as Director/COO/General Counsel, then as Executive VP/General Counsel, and finally as President/General Counsel. Larry then spent 6 years 1 month as Sr. Vice President/General Counsel with Hospitality Asset Management, where they were responsible for negotiating vendor, lender, and client contracts and legal agreements, as well as implementing targeted capital renovation and construction projects. Goldenthal began their career as a Director/Principal at Ellis, Carstarphen, Dougherty & Goldenthal, PC, where they had a diverse litigation practice representing major petrochemical companies in mass toxic tort and product liability cases, as well as SuperFund and other regulatory matters. Larry then spent 15 years as a Director/Principal at Woodard, Hall & Primm, PC.

Larry Goldenthal attended the University of Houston Law Center from 1983-1986, where they were a part of the Law Review. Larry also attended the State University of New York at Albany from 1979-1983, where they received a BA with Honors in History/Business.
