Carol leads the business development and marketing teams building Athena’s brand with executive women and corporate leaders. Her broad background in strategy, marketing and business development allows her to contribute across the business. She loves taking ideas from concept through execution and solving big unstructured problems. Carol has worked in companies ranging from startups to Fortune 100; private and public, across industries and geographies.

Carol enjoys running on Lake Michigan, reading magazines and newspapers, talking to her sisters, skiing.
