Rebecca Declue

Rebecca Tipton DeClue, PhD, HSP, NCSP, is a psychologist with experience in various organizations such as Athena Care, Burrell Behavioral Health, and Richland School District 2. Rebecca also served as a Graduate Assistant at Baylor University and has coaching experience at WACO Juniors Volleyball Club Inc. and other organizations. Rebecca holds a PhD in Educational Psychology with a focus on School Psychology from Baylor University and Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Psychology from Saint Louis University.
