Lindsay McManus

Lindsay McManus is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Director of Human Resources at Athena Cosmetics, Inc. since March 2023, Lindsay previously held significant positions at Ricoh Printing Systems America, Inc. as part of the Human Resources team from July 2020 to March 2023, and as Director of Human Resources at the Gary Sinise Foundation from April 2018 to May 2020. Early career contributions include HR Manager roles at Seed Beauty and Be Green Packaging from June 2017 to February 2018 and August 2015 to June 2017, respectively. Academically, Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fresno, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge, along with additional training at UCLA Extension.
