Srishti Kapoor

Srishti Kapoor is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology and education, currently serving as Director and Head of Research at Athena Education since September 2021. In this role, Srishti leads the research department, having successfully hired and trained three team members to mentor high school students in research. With a background as a Research Manager and Associate, Srishti has developed research-oriented curriculums focusing on psycho-social factors and contributed to research projects at La Trobe University, examining body image perceptions among South Asian parents. Previous experience includes internships and roles in clinical psychology, operations management, and creative event planning, alongside a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi.
