Charisse Epino DMD is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in customer experience and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Athena since October 2022, Charisse previously held the position of Manager of Operations, Customer Experience at Alorica Philippines, Inc. from December 2010 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing program performance to meet client and company expectations. Charisse’s career also includes roles as Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager at APAC Customer Services Inc., as well as experience as a Customer Service Representative across multiple companies. Charisse began the professional journey with a degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine from Centro Escolar University, demonstrating a strong foundation in both healthcare and management.
