Cloe Belle Zamora

Cloe Belle Zamora is a seasoned Operations and Client Success leader with over 15 years of experience driving organizational efficiency, client growth, and team performance. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Athena (since January 2023) and as Client Partnership Manager (since December 2024), she plays a key role in strengthening client relationships while building scalable systems that empower executive assistants and clients to thrive.

Before Athena, Cloe was Client Success Manager at Brivity VA (2021–2022), where she enhanced client engagement strategies and improved retention outcomes. She also built her leadership foundation in the BPO industry, serving as Operations Manager at Transcom, Operations Supervisor at Teleperformance, and earlier as a Customer Service Representative at TTEC.
