Jennifer Carroll

Jennifer Carroll has over a decade of experience in the nursing field, currently serving as a Nursing Supervisor at Next Step Healthcare since October 2019. Additionally, Jennifer holds the position of Assistant Director of Nursing at Athena Health Care Systems since March 2017, with responsibilities that include staff education. Prior to these roles, Jennifer worked as a sub acute nurse manager as an LPN at Windsor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation from November 2009 to April 2017. Jennifer obtained an LPN degree from Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical School in 2011.
