Mary Ellen Strout

Mary Ellen Strout is an experienced nursing professional with extensive leadership roles in various healthcare organizations. Since August 2019, Mary Ellen has served as the DNS and Director of Nursing Services at Athena Health Care Systems, following a diverse career that includes positions such as Pediatric RN and Clinical Case Manager at PSA Healthcare, as well as RNCritical Care/Clinical Instructor roles at Jordan Hospital and Quincy College. Additional experience includes serving as Rn DMH for Massachusetts DMH and Assistant Director of Nursing at both Royal Megansette LTC and Rehab and Plymouth Harborside Healthcare. Mary Ellen also held roles as a Clinical Supervisor at Maxim Healthcare Services and Assistant Dean of Nursing for Clinical Experiences at Quincy College. Mary Ellen earned a BSN/MSN degree from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2014.
