Mark Powell currently serves as a Service Owner for Customer Experience at AMP, beginning in July 2024. Prior to this role, Mark held several positions at Athena Home Loans, including Master Growth and Engagement, as well as Head of Sales and Service, starting in January 2021. Mark's experience also includes a tenure as Customer Success Manager at Tyro Payments from October 2020 to January 2021. Previously, Mark worked at UBank from February 2014 to July 2020, where positions included Head of Home Loans and Manager of Customer Home Loans. Mark began their career at The Co-operative Bank plc, working as a Team Manager from February 2008 to November 2013.
