Luis Otero

Mr. Otero has over 20 years of experience building applications and solutions for a wide set of different companies, which has given him the ability to understand client needs and produce quality solutions, all while using the top technologies.

Mr. Otero has worked in the modeling, design and development of several OMS softwares, real time trade platforms and also in some other real time industrial platforms like railway control systems. Mr Otero worked for companies Invensys Rail (Siemens), The Macgregor Group and ITG before joining Athena Investment Systems in 2005.

Mr. Otero holds a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain as well as a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Newcastle Upon Tyne University in England. He also holds several software certifications.
