Renuka K has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and IT bench sales. Renuka started their career in 2013 at Eminent Software Services as an IT Bench Sales and Bench Sales professional, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined Trigger IT USA as an IT Bench Sales Recruiter and worked there until 2021. In 2018, they also joined Trigger IT INC as an IT Bench Sales Recruiter and continued in that role till 2023. Most recently, they joined Athena Tech in 2020 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and also served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

From 2014 to 2016, Renuka K obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Siddhartha Institute of Engineering and Technology.
