Danielle Hicks

Danielle Hicks is an experienced UX professional currently serving as the UX Director for VBC Analytics & Performance at athenahealth since April 2020. Prior to this role, Danielle held various positions at Bose Corporation, including User Experience Design Lead and User Experience Designer, and worked as a Design Researcher at Karten Design. Danielle's early career included internships in user experience at Bose Corporation and Johnson Controls. Danielle earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, showcasing a strong foundation in engineering combined with a focus on user-centered design to create intuitive software solutions.
