Currently serving as Manager of CS Strategy & Operations at athenahealth, Maddie previously held multiple leadership roles at Toast, including Principal of Customer Success and GTM Strategy and Operations, where strategic initiatives were successfully executed to enhance go-live velocity and customer experience. Prior experiences include managing technical operations and project management at Buildium LLC, where Maddie oversaw Agile software development teams, and serving as a project manager for Brella Productions, Fidelity Investments, and various media production firms.
