Mercedes Dahar serves as the Executive Director of Customer Success at athenahealth, a position held since August 2012, following roles including Director of Customer Success and Director of Group Account Management. In addition, Mercedes holds leadership positions as Chair and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Raising A Reader Massachusetts, an organization focused on bridging the literacy opportunity gap for young children in underserved communities. Prior experience includes managerial roles at GE Healthcare from March 2006 to June 2012. Academically, Mercedes has earned degrees from Simmons University in Fine Arts & French and an MBA in Management/Operations, as well as an Executive MBA from Harvard University.
