Alyssa Johnston

Alyssa Johnston is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as AVP Human Resources Business Partner at Athene since August 2018, with a prior progression through roles including Director and Manager of Organizational Development. Before joining Athene, Alyssa held the position of Leadership Training Manager at Iowa Corn from May 2014 to August 2018 and served as Public Relations Director at the Nebraska Association of Resource Districts from May 2009 to May 2014. Earlier experience includes a role as Graduate Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2007 to 2009. Alyssa holds a Master of Science in Leadership Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Education-Leadership, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
