Mitch Glass

Mitch Glass has extensive experience in IT security, currently serving as the IT Security Lead at Athene since April 2014, where responsibilities include senior incident response, digital forensics, threat hunting, and vulnerability management. Previous roles also at Athene included Senior Security Analyst and Security Analyst, focusing on threat and vulnerability management, security information event management, and database security. Prior to Athene, Mitch held positions at Aviva USA as a QA Test Environment Administrator, contributing to defect management and automated test execution systems, and at Kingland Systems as a Quality Control Analyst Intern, where responsibilities included testing for SOX compliance software. Mitch began a career in IT services at Iowa State University, progressing from Help Desk Analyst to Team Lead while obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the same institution.
