Steven Adams

Steve oversees accounting, treasury and tax for the Company and acts as the Company’s Interim Chief Accounting Officer. Steve has been serving as the Company’s Corporate Controller since 2013.

Prior to his employment with the Company, Steve worked with cfoSOLUTIONSplus providing accounting management consulting services to companies in a variety of industries, including electronics manufacturing, healthcare, and biopharmaceuticals. Prior to his time with cfoSOLUTIONSplus, Steve held a variety of accounting positions in both corporate and public accounting firms, this included positions at Sodexo and KPMG.

Steve received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Niagara University and, he is a certified public accountant licensed in New York.
