Christina G. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Christina started their career at Nationwide Insurance in 2002 as a Master Casualty Claims Representative - Field. After that, they joined USAA in 1996, where they worked as a Casualty Claims Adjuster, Member Relations Advisor, and later became a CEO Member Relations Analyst. In 2011, they moved to Pronto Insurance, where they served as the Lead Quality Claims Auditor until 2016. Christina then joined Germania Insurance as a Quality Assurance Manager from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Athenium Analytics since 2019, where they have held positions such as Account Manager, Director of Insurance Strategy, and presently they are the Senior Director of Customer Success.
Christina G. earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completing their education in 1998. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Texas Adjuster License in April 1996 from the Texas Department of Insurance. Later, in June 2002, Christina obtained the SCLA Silver, Senior Claims Law Associate certification from the American Educational Institute.
