Hali Wong

Hali Wong has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Hali currently works as a Product Manager at Athennian, which they joined in January 2021. Prior to that, they spent three years at Benevity as a Cause Operations Specialist from September 2017 to December 2020. Hali also has experience as an Independent Contractor at YogaOasis, where they worked as a Yoga Teacher and Industry Innovator from November 2015 to September 2017. Additionally, Hali worked as an Administrative Coordinator at Avison Young from September 2014 to September 2017.

Hali Wong began their education journey in 2005 when they attended Simon Fraser University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences. Hali spent four years there, graduating in 2009.

In 2011, Hali enrolled in the Bridget Woods Kramer School of Yoga and completed a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training program, specializing in Hatha Yoga.

The following year, in 2012, they furthered their yoga education by attending the Semperviva Yoga College, where they completed a 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training program. During this program, they studied various yoga styles, including Yin Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Restorative Yoga.

Hali's interest in business and leadership led their to the Berlin School of Creative Leadership in 2016, where they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Hali completed the program in 2019, gaining expertise in creative leadership.

Most recently, in 2021, Hali earned a Product Management Certificate from Product School, further expanding their knowledge and skills in this field.

In addition to their formal education, Hali has obtained various certifications. In 2012, they acquired a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance, and the following year, they obtained a 500 Advanced Registered Yoga Teacher certification from the same institution. In 2021, they obtained an Associate Product Manager Program certification from Product Calgary, and in the same year, they also received a Product Manager Certificate from Product School.
