Juli Tomlin Irvin, CWCP, serves as the Safety and Risk Administrator for Athens-Clarke County Unified Government since February 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Risk Manager for The City of Gainesville from September 2010 to October 2016 and positions as Human Resources/Accounting Manager at both Retail Condo Consulting, LLC (January 2003 - December 2009) and Diversified General Contractors, Inc. (January 1999 - January 2003). Juli holds an Associate's degree in Risk Management from The Institutes.
