Gavin Hassemer, AICP, LEED AP, has over 17 years of experience in planning and operational analysis within the Athens-Clarke County Unified Government, where roles have included Internal Auditor of the Operational Analysis Office and multiple leadership positions in the Central Services Department. Hassemer has also served in various capacities in the Planning Department, progressing from Planning Technician to Senior Planner. Prior experience includes an internship with Manitowoc County. Hassemer holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from American Public University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
