John Kollas

John Kollas serves as the Human Resources Director at Athens International Airport since January 2022, with prior extensive experience in the human resources domain. From May 2003 to December 2021, John held multiple senior roles, including Senior Advisor to the Chairman of the Executive Committee and Executive Director of Group Human Resources at TITAN Cement Group, where responsibilities included shaping HR strategy aligned with business priorities. Earlier positions include HR Director at HP during its merger with Compaq, HR Director at Compaq, and Compensation & Benefits Manager during the Eurobank/Interbank merger. John has a strong educational background with an MSc from The London School of Economics and a BSc from The American College of Greece, complemented by a short course at London Business School focused on Human Resources Strategy.
