Amber Martinez

Amber Martinez is an experienced professional in admissions and recruitment, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Admissions for Recruiting at Athens State University since January 2020. Previously, Amber held various roles at Volunteers of America, including Resident Assistant/Interim Supervisor and Direct Support Professional, where responsibilities included staff management and support for individuals with disabilities. Amber has also worked at the University of Texas Dallas and Texas Lutheran University, focusing on strategic recruitment and enrollment processes. In addition to admissions roles, Amber has experience in youth ministry, teaching, and customer service, with a B.A. in Theology and Spanish from Texas Lutheran University.
