Adarsh ML has extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership, currently serving as an Architect for Dashboard and Mobile Application Platforms at Ather Energy since September 2018. In this role, Adarsh leads engineering teams to enhance the Ather experience, progressing from Technical Team Lead roles overseeing both dashboard and mobile applications, to managing HMI and Navigation components for Gen1 and Gen2 scooters. Prior to Ather Energy, Adarsh co-founded SurroundSync Networks in October 2015, serving as Co-founder and CTO, where responsibilities included software architecture, front-end and back-end development, and standardizing software processes. Adarsh also gained experience as an Android Developer at Servelots/Janastu, which included an internship focused on Android application development.
