James Kirchen possesses extensive experience in engineering and management roles, currently serving as the Toolbox & Continuous Improvement Leader at ITW Deltar Fasteners since January 1995, where responsibilities include fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement and enhancing business outcomes. Previously, James held various positions within the company, including Innovation Director, Product Development Manager - Global Fasteners, and Business Unit Manager, focusing on customer-driven innovation, product development, and overseeing specific product lines. In addition to corporate roles, James has contributed to the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor at Chippewa Valley Family YMCA and served as an Adjunct Instructor at Lakeland College. James holds a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
