Koushik Balasubramanya

Koushik Balasubramanya is a seasoned firmware architect currently working at Ather Energy since February 2023, previously serving as a senior firmware engineer. Prior to Ather Energy, Koushik held the position of staff engineer at Western Digital, focusing on DDR firmware maintenance and development of failure analysis tools for enterprise SSD products. Koushik has rich experience at Analog Devices, where work included developing HART-compliant stacks and leading initiatives such as the Young Professional Network and the Anveshan 2020 Fellowship, aimed at promoting engineering solutions using Analog devices technology. Koushik's foundational experience includes an internship at Analog Devices and founding a student organization, Astra Robotics, dedicated to robotics research and innovation. Koushik earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RV College of Engineering in 2016.
