Rahul Nain

Rahul Nain is a well-rounded analytics professional with a diverse background in data analysis and digital strategy. Currently serving as a People Analytics Specialist at Ather Energy, Rahul focuses on analytical initiatives within the CHRO's office. Previous experience includes an Associate Digital Strategist Intern role at Adobe, where a comprehensive Digital Capability Framework was developed using Analytical Hierarchy Process. Rahul also contributed to the Acumen Business and Consulting Club at TISS and worked as a Market Research and Data Analyst Intern at SR Talent Hub, where exploratory data analysis improved recruitment efficiency. Earlier, at TELUS, data inspection efforts enhanced search engine efficiency for economics-related content. Rahul holds a Master's degree in Analytics from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chemistry from Ramjas College, Delhi.
