Sunitha Lal

Sunitha Lal is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Ather Energy. Sunitha has held this position since August of 2016. Prior to their current role, Sunitha served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Matrimony.com from August 2012 to August 2016. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at AIG Systems Solutions from April 2007 to December 2009.

Sunitha has also held positions as the SVP & Global Head of Talent Management at Mphasis from January 2007 to July 2012, the Assistant Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Société Générale Software from September 2005 to February 2006, and the Head of Human Resources at J&B Software from September 2004 to September 2005.

Most recently, Sunitha served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Talentpro India HR from March 2006 to April 2007. Sunitha has also held various HR positions at other organizations from May 1999 to September 2004.
