Manos Tentzeris is a distinguished academic and researcher at the Georgia Institute of Technology, serving as the Ed and Pat Joy Chair Professor in Antennas and a Professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering since June 2004. Manos Tentzeris' research focuses on additive fabrication technologies, inkjet-printed and flexible RF electronics, batteries, sensors, and sustainable energy harvesting. Additionally, Manos Tentzeris holds the Ken Byers Professorship in Flexible Electronics and serves as GEDC Associate Director. In the IEEE community, Manos Tentzeris has been active since January 2009 as a Fellow, holding roles such as CPMT TC-RF & THz Technologies Chair and distinguished lecturer. Previous academic positions include E.T.S. Walton Visiting Professor at Georgia Tech Ireland and Assistant Professor at Georgia Institute of Technology. Manos Tentzeris earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Michigan, where also attained a Master of Science. The foundational education in electrical engineering and computer science was completed at Ethniko Metsovio Polytechnico.
