Andrew Trotch

Andrew Trotch has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being Senior Manager of Clinical Operations and Development at Athersys since January 2023. Prior to that, they held roles at Athersys as a Clinical Operations and Development Manager and in Clinical Development and Product Operations, starting in January 2020. Before joining Athersys, Andrew worked as a Research Assistant 3 at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020, where they displayed expertise in flow cytometry, cell culture, and research coordination. Andrew also served as a Process Lead, Lab Supervisor, and Safety Officer at the Cleveland Cord Blood Center from May 2012 to February 2018, overseeing staff training, workflow management, and scheduling. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as a Research Assistant at Cellular Technology Ltd. from November 2008 to May 2012, focusing on flow cytometry experiments and ELISPOT assays. Andrew also worked as a Research Biologist at WIL Research Laboratories from October 2007 to November 2008, conducting developmental and reproductive toxicology studies.
