Imad Uddin Shaikh

Imad Uddin Shaikh currently serves as Manager FAAS at athGADLANG, overseeing financial accounting advisory services and leading a team to address complex financial reporting challenges. Previous roles include Assistant Manager of Accounting and Advisory, where Imad formulated valuation strategies, built financial models, and conducted market research for M&A transactions, and Consultant at Bilal and Co. Chartered Accountants, focusing on business valuation and IFRS implementations. Imad also has experience as an IFRS Trainer with IFRS MasterClass and has held various positions in risk advisory and audit at BDO Pakistan. Imad Uddin Shaikh is a Financial Risk Manager certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals and has completed CA Finals from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, alongside A Levels from the University of Cambridge.
