Daniel Giannella

Daniel Giannella has extensive experience in the construction and architecture industry, currently serving as the Executive Business Director at Athié Wohnrath since July 2000. In this role, Daniel manages a team of 12, oversees commercial relationships, and handles a portfolio of 5 to 10 clients simultaneously, leading projects ranging from 500m² to 15,000m² throughout São Paulo and Brazil. Previous titles at the company include turnkey director, engineering director, and engineering manager, with a track record of managing over 200,000m² of implemented works and achieving significant cost reductions and profitability. Daniel's early career includes a position as an architect at Paulo Lisboa Arquitetura, where responsibilities involved feasibility studies and corporate projects. Daniel holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Belas Artes de SP and a postgraduate degree in Administration for Architects and Engineers from FAAP.
