Ally Nielsen has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ally is the Founder and Director of Athlete Relations at Athlete Relations since May 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Media Planner at Team One from February 2017 to August 2018. In 2016, they were the Director of Athlete Relations and Assistant to the CEO at EAG Sports Management from May to November. Ally also had a Graduate Intern role at Priority Sports & Entertainment from January to May 2016, where they gained experience in various departments and assisted in marketing and social media activities. Before that, they served as an Account Executive at Jill Schmidt Public Relations, where they managed accounts and mastered essential PR software. Ally started their career as a Brand Ambassador for Bud Light at The Marketing Arm in 2015, and prior to that, they were a Lead Campus Manager at ROD SICKLER SALON & SPA from August 2013 to January 2015. In addition, they had internship roles as a Merchandising Intern at Betches Love This and an Intern at S&S Public Relations, where they gained experience in handling PR crises, writing press releases, and securing celebrity accounts. Ally also had a brief shadow/internship experience at Milwaukee Bucks Inc. in 2013.

Ally Nielsen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Communication and a Public Relations Certificate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2012 to 2015. In 2017, they earned a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Cornell University. Prior to their university studies, Ally attended Saint Viator High School from 2007 to 2011. Ally also briefly pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Health at the University of Arizona in 2011 and 2012. Additionally, Ally has obtained certifications in Off Premises Responsible for Serving Alcohol, Food Handling, and a Public Relations Certificate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
