Javiar C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business advisory, athlete advocacy, and brand management. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Capital Asset Advisors since October 2020, Javiar specializes in facilitating business transactions and assisting owners with optimal business exits. As an Ambassador and Program Creator for Athletes For CARE since October 2017, Javiar promotes initiatives that support athletes during their post-sport transitions. Previous roles include Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at DRAFTR and Associate Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where valuable relationships within both athlete and non-athlete communities were developed. Javiar's earlier career included impactful positions in community mentoring and sports operations, underscored by experience as an Offensive Tackle in the NFL from 2001 to 2006.
