Heather Hiddleston, SHRM-CP

Heather Hiddleston, SHRM-CP, has worked in various Human Resources roles since 2011. Heather began their career at Apple as a Support Manager/Operations Specialist in 2011. In 2015, they joined Constellation Brands as a Human Resources Manager, where they executed Human Resources functions as a business partner over 8 restaurant/brewpubs (500+ employees) throughout the U.S. Her responsibilities included Workforce Management, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Risk Management, Employee Engagement and CSR, and Total Rewards. In 2019, Heather moved to Stone Brewing as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer and Culture Coordinator at Athletic Brewing Company.

Heather Hiddleston holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from California State University, Long Beach. Heather obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in February 2019 and their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Heather is also working towards their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
