Matt Stitzer

Matt Stitzer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matt most recently served as the General Counsel and Head of Business Affairs at Athletic Club Momento. Prior to that, they worked as External Counsel for Invisible Universe, CommentSold, and Vi Technologies. Additionally, they held the position of VP of Marketing Video Content Operations at A+E Networks and served as the Head of Video Operations and General Counsel for Daily Burn under IAC/InterActiveCorp. Matt also served as a Board Trustee for the University of the West and worked as General Counsel for Tinder and Pronto at IAC. Earlier in their career, they held roles as Associate General Counsel for Schroders, Corporate Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, and as a Political-Economic Intern at the U.S. Consulate in Florence, Italy. Matt also worked as a Program Manager for the Humpty Dumpty Foundation.

Matt Stitzer attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1996 to 2000 where they earned a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Interdisciplinary Studies. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Michigan Law School from 2002 to 2005 and obtained a Juris Doctor degree, specializing in Law.
