Valerie Ayer

Valerie Ayer, CMCS, has extensive experience in career transition and counseling, particularly for former professional athletes. Currently serving as an Advisor at AthLife Inc. since September 2011, Ayer specializes in guiding clients through career transitions by providing essential tools and support. Previous roles include Administrative Manager at Young Men and Women's African Heritage Association Inc. and Career Transition Consultant at AthLife Inc., where Ayer focused on resume writing and educational planning for collegiate and NFL players. Ayer's background also includes managerial and counseling positions at Community College of Philadelphia, the National Football League, and Vanderbilt University. Ayer holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies from Saint Joseph's University and an MBA from Tennessee State University.
