Nicolas Christodoulides

Nicolas Christodoulides is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Finance & ESG at Athlos Capital since July 2025. Prior to this role, Nicolas was the Head of ESG at Bank of Cyprus from October 2022 to July 2025 and spent several years at Deloitte from September 2016 to October 2022, where responsibilities included Audit and Assurance Manager overseeing financial services, construction, manufacturing, media, and IT industries, as well as leading IFRS 17 gap and implementation projects in the insurance sector and conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Educational qualifications include completing the ACA program from ICAEW between 2016 and 2019 and earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cyprus in 2016. Early education was completed at Ethnomartyras Kyprianos Lyceum, achieving both Apolytition and A Level GCE qualifications in Mathematics and Accounting.
