Karen Reardon Phr

Karen Reardon PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Karen is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Athol Savings Bank since April 2022, where they previously held the position of Human Resources Officer from October 2020 to March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Fidelity Cooperative Bank, where they held several roles including Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Manager from January 2018 to June 2020, Human Resources Manager from December 2016 to December 2017, and Employee Solutions Lead from September 2015 to December 2016. Before joining Fidelity Cooperative Bank, Karen worked at Laddawn, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist II from November 2010 to August 2015. Karen also gained experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Workers' Credit Union from December 2007 to November 2010. Karen began their career as a Branch Manager at Appleseed Personnel Services from September 2005 to November 2007.

Karen Reardon PHR, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Fitchburg State University, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including the Predictive Index Practitioner in July 2016, the SHRM-CP in September 2015, and the PHR in January 2015.
