Gianni Frankis

Gianni Frankis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, business management, and athlete development. As Co-Founder and Director of Beyond Your Limits Ltd since August 2019, Gianni oversees daily operations, business development, and marketing while assisting Head Coach Tony Jarrett. Gianni also independently facilitates workshops and coaching through GianniFrankis.com, serving various educational institutions and organizations. As a Forum Leader for IPSE, Gianni connects members with leadership to address issues in self-employment. Additional roles include teaching with Athona Recruitment and inspiring students as a speaker for Sports for Schools. Gianni is the founder and former CEO of the Independent Association of Athletes and Coaches (IAAC) and has a background as a professional athlete with UK Athletics, specializing in the 110m hurdles. Educational qualifications stem from Middlesex University.
