Rachel Lynch

Rachel Lynch has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Rachel is currently the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Athora, a position they started in April 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Hannover Re (Ireland) as an L&H Portfolio Actuary in the Corporate Actuarial department from October 2017 to April 2019. Rachel also served as a Risk Manager at MetLife Europe from January 2016 to October 2017 and Allianz Global Life from March 2015 to December 2015. Rachel began their career at Towers Watson in September 2009 as a Retirements Consultant, specializing in pensions for defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, and worked there until February 2015.

Rachel Lynch attended Laurel Hill Secondary School FCJ from 1999 to 2005. Rachel then pursued further education at University College Dublin from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial and Financial Studies.
