Arthur Hile

Arthur Hile has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Arthur is currently working as the Sr. Director of Finance, Procurement & Logistics at ATI - Allegheny Technologies Incorporated since December 2020. Prior to that, they served as the US Operations CFO at Siemens Oil & Gas from June 2018 to January 2020, where they achieved cost savings of 15% by streamlining processes and played a vital role in a large SAP conversion project. Arthur also worked at Siemens from 2009 to 2018, holding various positions such as the Global Operations Head of Finance & Commercial Project Management and Controller. During their tenure, they oversaw financial operations supporting billions of dollars in sales and successfully integrated multiple legacy locations. Earlier in their career, Arthur worked as the Division Controller at Eaton Corporation and as the Vice President of Finance at Canterbury Coal Company. Arthur began their career as a Senior Manager at Ciuni & Panichi, Inc.

Arthur Hile attended Grove City College from 1986 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting & Economics. Arthur is also a certified public accountant, although the details of when and where they obtained this certification are unknown.
