Derek Ausk

Derek Ausk has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Derek started their career at US Airways as a Software Developer before becoming a Manager in Media Production & Support. Derek then worked as a Senior Project Manager at Silicon Space, Inc. In 2006, they joined Ciber Global as a Practice Director, where they established a new practice and managed a team for project-based and managed service work. In 2011, they moved to Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI) as the Manager of Corporate Applications, where they built a shared services team and ran the Project Management Office. Derek later became the Director of Corporate IT at ATI, responsible for managing enterprise budget, application shared services, digital transformation, and IT service management. Throughout their career, Derek Ausk has overseen large teams and worked on global projects.

Derek Ausk attended the Insights Group from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Senior Management Academy with a specialization in Global Leadership Development. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Phoenix from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Information Systems, and Business Management. From 1996 to 1998, Derek Ausk attended The Art Institutes and obtained an Associate of Science in Computer Animation, Multimedia Design, and Web Development.
