Muriel Diggs - Mba

Muriel Diggs is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as the IT Project Delivery Lead at Corning Incorporated since September 2021. In this role, Muriel manages a team of Project Managers within the ITPPM department and previously served as the IT Program Manager for a major Network Modernization Program. Prior to joining Corning, Muriel held various leadership positions at Windstream, including Manager of IT Services PMO and Enterprise Network Manager, overseeing significant projects in cloud migration, mergers and acquisitions, and IT governance. Muriel's career began at Alltel (now Verizon) as an IT Manager, managing a technical support team across multiple customer service areas. Muriel holds an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte and a BS in Management Information Systems from Old Dominion University, along with several professional certifications, including PMP, CSM, CISSP, CGEIT, and ITIL v3.
