Kyle Krchniak

Kyle Krchniak is an experienced plant manager with a strong background in operations management across multiple companies in the manufacturing sector, particularly within the aerospace, defense, and automotive industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at ATI Specialty Materials since May 2019, Kyle has previously held similar roles at Aavid Niagara, LLC, and Oetiker Group, where responsibilities included overseeing large teams and managing complex manufacturing processes. With a history at General Motors and Delphi Automotive Systems, Kyle has demonstrated significant achievements in improving safety metrics, operational efficiency, and team management. Kyle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.
