Joe Stam

Joe Stam is an experienced packaging manager and production supervisor with a background in the food processing industry. Currently serving as the 1st shift packaging manager at Carl Buddig and Company since January 2020, Joe has previously held the position of processing supervisor. Prior experience includes a tenure at Dabecca Natural Foods from August 2016 to January 2020, overseeing production on four slice lines and monitoring yields and efficiencies. At Indiana Packers Corporation from May 2013 to June 2016, Joe was responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and directly supervising a team of 35-60 employees while ensuring adherence to company standards and resolving operational issues. Joe's career began as a machine operator at Monsanto Company in 2012. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Systems Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained in 2013.
