Philipp's earlier experience includes multiple roles at GEHE Pharma Handel GmbH, management consulting at Kienbaum, and internships at GlaxoSmithKline and Henkel Corporation. Academic qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Wedel, with additional studies at Nottingham Trent University and ESMT Berlin focusing on Modern Sales Management.
