Becca Fricke-Croft

Becca Fricke-Croft is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at AtkinsRéalis, with a tenure starting in January 2011. In this role, Becca leads a team that provides comprehensive technical assistance and training for floodplain managers across the United States, collaborating with FEMA Regions and state NFIP coordinating agencies to facilitate outreach and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Prior to this position, Becca worked at Public Works Management, Inc. from May 2007 to January 2011, focusing on floodplain management by enhancing administrative programs and conducting training for local officials, surveyors, and engineers in Oregon. Becca also served as an At-Large Council Member for the City of Central Point from 2005 to 2007, holding the title of Vice-President for the Rogue Valley Council of Governments and serving as a liaison to various regional organizations.
