Carolyn Rodgers has extensive experience in talent acquisition and talent management. Carolyn is currently working at AtkinsRéalité as a Sourcing Team Lead, responsible for leading the team and sourcing top talent. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at SNC-Lavalin, where they focused on designing future-oriented projects that meet evolving needs. Carolyn also served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at MDA and Talent Acquisition Advisor at L3 MAS. Carolyn has experience in various industries, including aerospace and engineering, and has worked at companies such as Bombardier, AECOM, CAE, Aon Hewitt, CFO2Grow, and Quantum Technology Recruiting. Carolyn has a strong track record of successfully attracting and pipeline candidates, utilizing social media for recruitment, and collaborating with hiring managers to implement effective solutions.

Carolyn Rodgers earned an Executive Development Course degree from McGill University's Desautels - McGill Executive Institute in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained certification as a Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS between 2013 and 2016.
